First of all, please rest assured that once the file conversion is completed, the original files will be automatically deleted immediately on the OnlineConvert server, and we will not retain any original files.
For the new converted files, you can download them through our website interface within 24 hours. If you want to delete these files in advance to prevent them from continuing to remain on the server, you can view the file list to provide a Delete file button. Click it, the system will prompt you to confirm the deletion operation. After confirmation, the converted files will be permanently deleted and will no longer remain on the server.
